This is a cool experiment we made up about how karate exercises raise your heart rate.
Role Model
A role model must have great character because people look up to them. Some role models are spirited, happy, and nice. They follow the rules. They are awesome, friendly people like Mrs. Valerie. Jesus Christ should be the role model of our life. I can be a excellent role model at karate by modeling correct behavior. Because people are watching, all role models must have great character.

Martial arts came from ancient India by the way of Buddhist monks to China. Ancient pictures on tomb walls in Asia look like martial arts instructors.
